    The above rates are premium estimates for Contractors based in Eastern Pennsylvania, excluding the Philadelphia area. The liability estimates are based on 1 full-time employee. Listed are some of the more common liability Professions that our Agency insures. Policies may be subject to exclusions and/or limitations. Additional coverage such as tools coverage and installation floaters (covers items that are being installed, e.g. kitchen cabinets, windows) are available to fit your profession. The above rates include a 'care, custody, control' coverage of $5000 with a $500 deductible. If you damage the item you are physically working on, you have $5000 coverage. Example: You break a customers chandelier while rewiring it. The $500 deductible applies then we pay up to $5000. Higher limits are available. Please call our Agency to discuss your specific needs.
